Introduction
The Department of Convergence Bio and Advanced Materials Engineering aims to lead digital-based, sustainable, and convergent education in the bio field for the sustainable development of future humanity. Our goal is to cultivate future core talents capable of integrating and applying red bio, green bio, and white biotechnologies, based on a multidisciplinary curriculum that encompasses biohealth, digital bio, green bioengineering, and advanced materials engineering.

A Future-Leading Department Dedicated to Achieving Carbon Neutrality and Advancing Human Welfare The Department of Convergence Bio and Advanced Materials Engineering explores both fundamental and applied sciences related to the characteristics of green biomass resources, which achieve near-zero carbon emissions from raw material production to final energy generation. Through this research, the department aims to develop materials essential for humanity and contribute to overcoming the climate crisis. By leveraging advanced life science technologies, we support interdisciplinary academic exploration to help students build expertise and creativity needed to address global challenges in fields such as solutions for an aging society and eco-friendly digital healthcare
